In the case of a credit card guarantee, the cancellation period free of charge is 48 hours before the arrival date. For a cancellation within 48 hours, the amount of night (1 night) will be debited.

Exception : Friday and Saturday reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

– In the case of guarantee by payment of deposit, these are not refunded in the event of cancellation.

– In the event of a no-show, the minimum amount for one night will be charged. To cancel your reservation, please log in to your ReservIt space with your reservation reference received by email.
Cancellation of reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming it.
